PixNova reserves the right to report illegal activities to appropriate authorities where required.

1.2 Infringement of Rights

Content that infringes upon:

  • Copyrights
  • Trademarks
  • Publicity rights
  • Likeness rights
  • Any other intellectual property rights

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions.

1.3 Strict Protection of Minors (Zero Tolerance)

PixNova enforces a zero-tolerance policy for any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts.

You may not generate, upload, or process any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts.

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Sexualized depictions of minors
  • Nudity involving individuals under 18
  • Any exploitative content involving minors

You may not generate, upload, or process any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts.

1.4 Sexual or Explicit Content

PixNova does not permit:

  • Pornographic content
  • Sexually exploitative content
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Explicit deepfake content involving real individuals without consent

We prohibit the use of our tools for creating harmful or exploitative adult content.

1.5 Deepfake & Identity Abuse

You may not:

  • Create impersonation content intended to deceive
  • Generate non-consensual face swaps
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as real evidence
  • Use PixNova to manipulate images of identifiable individuals without authorization

Users must ensure lawful consent when generating content involving real persons.

1.6 Hate, Harassment & Violence

Content that promotes:

  • Violence
  • Hate speech
  • Harassment
  • Discrimination based on protected characteristics

is strictly prohibited.

1.7 Circumvention of Safeguards

You may not:

  • Attempt to bypass PixNova’s content moderation systems
  • Use obfuscation techniques to evade detection
  • Exploit vulnerabilities
  • Abuse platform rate limits

Such actions are considered serious violations.

2. AI Moderation & Monitoring

PixNova implements automated AI moderation and monitoring systems designed to detect and prevent prohibited content.

Our systems may:

  • Analyze user prompts
  • Scan uploaded images
  • Review generated outputs
  • Detect high-risk keywords and image patterns
  • Assign internal risk scores
  • Flag suspicious activity

PixNova reserves the right to:

  • Block content processing
  • Temporarily suspend accounts
  • Permanently terminate accounts
  • Restrict access to Services
  • Assign internal risk scores
  • Flag suspicious activity

Automated systems may not be perfect; however, intentional attempts to evade moderation are strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the content they upload or generate.

By using PixNova, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to use submitted materials
  • You have necessary permissions for identifiable individuals
  • Your use of generated content complies with applicable laws

PixNova acts as a technology provider and does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

4. Reporting & Enforcement

If you encounter content that violates this Policy, please contact:

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including:

  • Content removal
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Referral to authorities where required

Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior notice.

5. Policy Updates

PixNova reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
